Stop Following a User’s Account and Delete their Data (Android only)

1. Tap “Sharing” on the navigation menu. A

2. Tap the “Stop following and delete data” button. B

Deleting the data from your mobile device does not affect the user’s data or account. You will be re-directed to the welcome screen to add another user’s email address if desired.

If the mobile device does not have an internet connection, a message will appear stating “Connect to the internet to edit your Sharing settings.” Verify that your mobile data or Wi-Fi is turned on. B1

3. Tap the “Confirm delete?” button”. C

You will be redirected to the welcome screen. D

If unable to stop following a user:

  • Make sure you have an internet connection
  • Restart app
  • Restart mobile device
