Logging Into Your Account
The Gocap app will remain logged in by default. Login only needs to occur once, unless the app is manually logged out, login has expired, or app is uninstalled.
1. Tap the “I’m a user” button. A
2. Tap the “Log into existing account” button. B
3. Tap on the first bar to enter an e-mail address, then tap on the second bar to enter a password, and then tap the “Ready” button.C
The password must be at least 6 characters long. Press “Show” to view the characters entered on the password section. Press “Hide” if you no longer want to see the entered characters. C1
4. The Logbook will be displayed. D
If unable to log into your account:
- Make sure you entered a valid email address
- Make sure you entered at least 6 characters for a password
- Make sure you have an internet connection
- Restart the application
- Restart mobile device
- Go to: Resetting your Account Password
