Creating a New Family Member or Friend Account (Android only)
1. Tap the “Family member or friend” button. A
2. Tap the “Get started” button. B
You will not be able to proceed with the creation of the account if you press “Cancel”.
4. Tap on the first bar to enter an e-mail address, then tap on the second bar to enter a password, and then tap the “Ready” button.D
The password must be at least 6 characters long. Press “Show” to view the characters entered on the password section. Press “Hide” if you no longer want to see the entered characters. D1
5. Type the email address of the person you want to follow. E
Tap on the bar if the keyboard does not appear automatically.
Please note that you are only able to see one user’s account at a time.
6. You can now see the user’s logbook. F
Please note that you are not able to make any changes to their account. However, you can view their logbook and setting’s configurations such as alerts and dosing schedule.
If unable to create an account or unable to see the user’s “Logbook”:
- Make sure you entered a valid email address and using the email added on user’s Gocap account
- Make sure you entered at least 6 characters for the password
- Make sure you have an internet connection
- Make sure the user has added you as a follower on their account
- Restart the app
- Restart mobile device
